Information regarding the protection and use of personal data pursuant to GDPR 679/2016.

PURPOSE

The personal data collected (name, surname and email address) will be used to process the request for information and - only in the case of subscription to the newsletter - to information of a commercial, informative and promotional nature, after obtaining the expressed consent.

For the processing of these data, Mobilpiù Luxury srl will comply with what is indicated by the Guarantor Authority with the general authorization provision n. 2/2007 and s.m.i. In this case, the consent of the interested party must be expressed and unambiguous, using the appropriate form that will be delivered at the time of activation of the service.

COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA

The data will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties, except in the event that the requests of the interested party must be followed and, therefore, based on his expressed consent. In any case, use by third parties will be in full compliance with the principle of fairness and the provisions of the law. The data collected may be communicated to third countries, or countries outside the European Community. In this case, Mobilpiù Luxury srl, in addition to requesting express consent, will verify that these countries have issued a specific declaration of compliance with the GDPR.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The interested party can assert his rights sanctioned by the art. 15 - 22 GDPR by sending an e-mail to info@mobilpiuluxury.com. The right to the request is adequately protected as it must take place at the latest within one month of receiving the request (extended by two months, if necessary and communicating it to the interested party, taking into account the complexity and number of requests). By demonstrating this, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs incurred to provide the information or communications. According to the art. 15, the interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation that the processing of personal data concerning him is being carried out and - if such processing is in progress - access to the data and information on the purposes of their treatment and on the type of data processed; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients of third countries or international organizations. In any case, all information and communications must be given in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, in a simple and clear language, especially in the case of information intended for children. The information must be provided in writing also by electronic means unless requested orally. The right of the data subject is extended to the deletion of personal data, for example when the initial consent is revoked, or they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected / processed, or have been unlawfully processed. The interested party also has the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him, without justified delay; to the limitation of the treatment (minimization); to oblivion, by virtue of which the request for deletion of personal data referred to the user must also involve any external processors so that they cancel any link to such data or reproduction of the same; again, the right to the portability of data for which the data subject has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom he has provided it, if the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out with automated means.

STORAGE TIMES

Mobilpiù Luxury srl for needs strictly related to the requested service, will keep the personal data relating to the user for a period of 26 months after which the data will be automatically deleted. With reference to the processing for the purpose of sending commercial and promotional communications of own services, the data will be stored up to the eventual opposition request. In the event of a request for access by the interested party pursuant to art. 15, Mobilpiù Luxury srl will fulfill the request within and beyond the terms of the law, mentioned above.

The owner and manager of the processing of the data collected is Mobilpiù Luxury srl, based in Via XXV Aprile, 41/ A, 61022 Montecchio di Vallefoglia (PU), in the person of the legal representative Vagnini Giacomo.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSENT

The provision of data is optional and is left to the will of the interested party. However, in the event of failure to provide it, it will not be possible to carry out the requested service. The consent to the processing of the user's personal data for marketing purposes is free, specific, informed, verifiable and revocable at any time. If the user is under the age of 16, the consent must be given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility. The consent is considered to be freely given by checking the "I accept the privacy policy" box.
